Naori City Fire Bureau Formed as the 20-man Naori Fire Corps in 1943, it has since transformed into one of the most well-equipped fire departments in the Hokkaido Prefecture. The NCFB is responsible for firefighting, fire prevention, fire investigation, hazardous material handling, disaster response, rescue operations, and emergency medical services across Naori. It is headed by a fire chief. The NCFB is headquartered in Fukashigi Fire Station, Fukashigi, Naori.
